1-Wall Line Dance

Low impact, no turning, dances done to fun pop music from throughout the decades
* Designed to be safe for the joints and fun to do.
* Modifications are provided whenever needed.
* Dancers always face forward - no wall changes, no spins or rotations
* Moves are taught and practiced before doing the dance to music.
* No memorization is required.
* Moves are called out in advance of doing them.
* Basic and more advanced steps
* Variety of timing

• These line dances are designed to be safe for the joints and fun to do. Modifications are provided whenever needed.
• Dancers always face forward so they can see and hear the instructor and do not get disoriented.
• Moves are taught and practiced before doing the dance to music.
• No memorization is required. Moves are called out in advance of doing them.

* No dance experience required
* Basic steps only
* Simple timing

Beginner friendly class for individuals. The foundational skills of ballroom dance are taught and practiced repetitively. Most skills are useful in all types of dance.

We will be learning a fun line dance to a song from a Broadway Musical. This is a great opportunity to learn a fun, upbeat line dance! This class is not for beginners, more like intermediate

Basic Social Dance

In this class there is nothing to memorize. Participants focus primarily on the music being played and their connection with their partner. This is dancing reduced to it's simplest form.

Burlesque Basics

Burlesque Basics is a fun, beginner-level introduction to feminine movement. We will bring out your sultry feminine side in a positive, playful atmosphere. No dance experience is necessary. Knee pads and socks are highly recommended for comfort.

These 4-week series of classes are for those who would like to either get started in country dancing or would like a refresher in the basics.

Country Dance Intermediate

These 2-week series of classes are for those who have mastered the foundations of the dance style and would like to either learn the next level of steps or would like to brush up on their country dance skills. These classes focus on learning short sequences, steps with timing changes, and variations for the basic steps.

Country Line Dance - Beg/Int

This country line dance class is held on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. Popular social line dances are taught. Dances range in difficulty from beginner to intermediate level.

Couples Circle (Pattern) Dance

Couples Circle Dances are also know as Pattern Dances.

In this class couples learn a sequence of steps that repeat throughout the song. Dances usually progress in a circle around the room. Partners do not change during the dance.

1st Friday 7 pm, 2nd Thursday 2 pm

Crane Dance - Gentle Tai Chi

In Crane Dance - Gentle Tai Chi, stationary crane, qigong, and tai chi moves are taught and combined in a continuous fluid sequence telling the story of Young Crane.
